Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

ATTENTION: Please do not return your items to any address that may appear on your package or elsewhere without permission. We are not responsible for the loss of returned items unless they are processed by our customer support.
Order cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within the first 1 hour they've been placed. After an hour, our team will have already registered your order in our system and in our carrier's system.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@mewtuf.com.

Mewtuf Limited Warranty
This Mewtuf Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) sets forth the rights and responsibilities between Therabody and the end-user purchaser ("You" or "Customer") concerning the product(s) you have purchased directly from us and our authorized resellers. We encourage you to review this Warranty thoroughly to understand the terms and conditions under which your product is covered. Should you have any questions or require assistance, our Customer Service team can provide support and guidance. Please note that by using a Mewtuf product you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Warranty. For any warranty issues, please Customer Service team here. All Warranty services must be authorized and performed by Mewtuf or a service provider expressly authorized by Mewtuf.
Warranty Period
Mewtuf warrants its products and accessories contained against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Mewtuf’s published guidelines for the periods set forth below or otherwise listed on the product documentation (“Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period begins on the date of delivery to end-user purchaser. Mewtuf’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications. Certified Refurbished products purchased from Mewtuf will be further subject to the warranty terms set forth in the Certified Refurbished Product section below.

Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover: (i) products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors; (ii) products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, alteration or accidental damage, including, but not limited to, contact with liquid; (iii) products that have been used for purposes other than those for which they were designed or intended; (iv) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (v) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product, including, but not limited to noise; (vi) any damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions, improper installation, or failure to perform routine maintenance; (vii) products sold “AS IS” or similar notions and does not cover consumable parts such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; ; (viii) unauthorized repairs or modifications; or (ix) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the product. Any software is provided “AS IS” unless expressly provided for in any enclosed software limited warranty. When a product or part is exchanged, the original item becomes Mewtuf’s property.
This Warranty does not apply to any non-Mewtuf branded products. Therabody does not warrant that the operation of its products will be uninterrupted or error-free. Therabody is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.
For Customers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by this Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights. For a full understanding of your rights, you should consult the laws of your country, province or state.
Warranty Claims
Mewtuf will replace any product that proves to be defective during the Warranty Period. To obtain warranty service, you must contact Mewtuf’s Customer Service team under support@mewtuf.com and follow the provided instructions for warranty claims. If a product is replaced under warranty, the original warranty period will continue from the date of purchase of the original product, not from the date of replacement.
Before receiving warranty service, Mewtf may require that purchaser furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with evaluating potential issues. If Mewtuf determines that the problem with the product is not due to a manufacturing defect due to materials and/or workmanship or the product is not properly returned to Mewtuf, or otherwise does not qualify for warranty replacement, then the purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred by Mewtuf necessary to return the product. Unless otherwise instructed by Mewtuf, the product must be delivered, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the location specified by Mewtuf’s Customer Service team. Please note all warranty returns must include the completed Return Authorization Form.
Mewtuf reserves the right to change the method by which Mewtuf may provide warranty service, and a product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service. Service will be limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. Service options, replacement availability and response times may vary according to country. Customer may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the product cannot be serviced in the country it is in. For service in a country that is not the country of purchase, purchaser will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges.
If a claim is submitted to Mewtuf during the Warranty Period in accordance with this Warranty, Mewtuf will replace the product. In the event Mewtuf replaces the product, it will do so with a replacement product of the same model that is new or comprised of new and/or previously used Mewtuf parts and has been tested and passed Mewtuf’s functional requirements formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Any replacement product provided under this Warranty may vary in the color and/or cosmetic design from the original product and may not include any original engraving or similar customization. Mewtuf reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product, or fourteen (14) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer. For international service, Therabody may replace products with comparable products and parts that comply with local standards.
Limitation of Remedies
Mewtuf does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, a Mewtuf reseller, agent or, to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MEWTUF DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, MEWTUF LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND THE REPLACEMENT SERVICES DESCRIBED HEREIN. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY (OR CONDITION) MAY LAST, SO THE LIMITATION DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY. MEWTUF DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEWTUF IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, COMPROMISE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH THE MEWTUF PRODUCT OR ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION STORED IN THE PRODUCT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE MEWTUF’S LIABILITY SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN PURCHASE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY.
In no event shall this Warranty require more than the replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective products are not available, Mewtuf reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of replacement. This Warranty does not apply to any mobile device or the cellular and/or other network or system on which the product operates. Therefore, Mewtuf will not accept any responsibility under this warranty for the operation, availability, coverage, services or range of the cellular or other network or system. Mewtuf shall not under any circumstance be liable either expressly or impliedly, for any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of, content or data during replacement of the product.
Mewtuf Certified Refurbished Product
Mewtuf warrants that Certified Refurbished products sold by Mewtuf will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Mewtuf’s published guidelines for a period of 1- Year from the delivery date of the product to the end-user purchaser. Please note that Certified Refurbished products may show minor signs of use that affect cosmetic appearance, may not come in their original packaging, and non-essential parts or accessories may be missing (as identified on each individual product).
